The chair’s interactive interface creates a sonic environment that transforms our emotional state into sound.
Drawing inspiration from John Cage's 4'33”, the concept of the chair explores themes of waiting, boredom, silence, and noise. As visitors sit and experience uncertainty, their emotional state and body movements shape the music, turning the chair into a dynamic interface—a musical instrument played with the whole body.
This interactive sound object invites a playful interaction, communicating with us in an abstract, almost subconscious way, translating our emotional state through both conscious and unconscious movements.
