Description
The procedure consists of reading the current images from television with a hand scanner and then directly sent these images transformed by a fax/modem card (or hard copy). In this way the image movement is decomposed and we have a ghost-image-spectrum, where the scan lines are more visible then the image itself.

The first telescanfax images sent was to "Elasticfax" event organized by Eduardo Kac at Museu de Arte Moderna do Rio de Janeiro, the 13th August 1991.
