Comment: The curators of the 2015 exhibition, Kalle Hamm & Dzamil Kamanger, focused on profiling foreign artists working in Finland and how history is already being written as it is recorded and takes place. The exchange of information is fast and multivoiced, with simultaneous intersecting references to different places and temporalities. The remote presence and different forms of crowdsourcing have enabled digitalization to have an impact on communities and the delivery of authorship. For this presentation, Borda was invited to show a selection of nine 'Farm Tableaux Finland' exhibition prints in tandem with their web streamed Google Streetview counterparts. Visitors were invited to view the exhibition images and to also explore the 'dimensional photographs' or views of each location profiled within the Google engine to compare and contrast the static frame with that of self discovery and observation.
