transmediale.07 with its theme "unfish!" analyses the artistic processes open for variation and reversion of choices once made. The festival has its focus on the point at which fixed things are put into motion again, and asks for the meaning of continuity and change. The programme includes an exhibition on the subject of "unfish!", a wide-ranging film- & video programme, the conference with internationally-known academics, a range of experimental performances as well as the presentation of prizes. The Salon-Programme invites to discussion and the Lounge facilitates a preview of the film and video programme at different places in the house. Various supplementary events amend the programme.
