Expanded Cinema broadens the concept and practice of the cinematic. Films are not "only" project onto a screen, it allows for experimental approaches, e.g. multiple projections with several screens, light shows or even multimedia settings in which films, diapositives, overhead projectors and video projections are combined with performative elements like theatre or dance.
